Freight CarrierIf your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e. Conway, Yellow, etc.) we ask that you follow a few steps to ensure quality of your product: First, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If there are damages, please make notes onto the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt). Finally, notify Customer Service at 1.877.899.SAFE, or email info@fullsource.com. Products that are properly returned, according to these guidelines, are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply to large orders. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
