Customize your safety vest with our vinyl CAD cut heat press printing. Unlike ink, this special vinyl material lays over the mesh holes in your vests, allowing for more accuracy and precision in your desired text. Custom vinyl CAD cut works in 4 simple steps:
1. Create. In this process, your text or logo is typed or loaded onto our graphics program, Abode Illustrator.
2. Cut. Like you would send a document to the printer, we send your text or logo design to our plotter, or cutter.
3. Weed. In this process, the unwanted vinyl is removed from around the desired text cut out, revealing your new custom design.
4. Heat. Your text or logo cut out is then "heat pressed" onto your new custom safety vest.
You can choose from black or silver reflective vinyl. Simply select the black or silver CAD cut item, type in your desired text or message, and we take care of the rest when it comes to custom vinyl heat pressing your vest.
