Select your color and font and you’re golden. Our custom vinyl cad cut service yields premium results on your safety vest. Vinyl cut printing isn’t "printing" per se. In our cad cut process your desired text is cut from a sheet of special vinyl and heat pressed onto your safety vest or other apparel. Aesthetically, cad cut is the best option for your safety vest because it does not reveal the mesh holes. It essentially lays over them, and has the cleanest lines possible on the edges of your text. The four simple steps below will help you understand how this process works. Remember, there are no set up fees or minimums when you select vinyl cut printing here. Moreover, please note that vests are not included with this process. You must select the vest you want, add it to your cart, and choose this customization option in addition to that order. • 1. Create it. In this step, we load or type your text or design into our graphic design program, Adobe Illustrator.
• 2. Cut it.As you would send a document to the printer, we send your design to our plotter or cutter.
• 3. Weed it. In this process, the unwanted vinyl is removed, or cut, from around the desired design or text, revealing a premium, accurate cut out.
• 4. Heat it. The last step involves heat pressing your vinyl design onto your brand new custom safety vest.
