Orders (within the 48 contiguous states) are usually shipped within 2 business days, via UPS Ground. If you place your order after 2 p.m., it will not be processed until the following business day. For other methods of shipment such as 2nd Day Air, Overnight, and US Postal Service, please contact Customer Service or the Sales Department for rate quotes and details. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please contact customer service at 1.877.899.SAFE. We do not ship C.O.D. or to APO/FPO addresses.
There are varied shipping rates for P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Therefore, please contact Customer Service for shipping rates and details to P.O. Boxes in those areas.

According to regulations, items labeled “ORM-D,” such as aerosol sprays and Purell® sanitizers cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, to P.O. boxes or overseas, ORM-D items cannot be shipped by air transport or by Priority Mail, and therefore, cannot be sent to APO/FPO addresses. This is a safety issue and it cannot be ammended.
Return Process
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For any returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service at SafetyVests.com first. If your order was drop-shipped, please do not return items to the manufacturer, as most returns go through SafetyVests.com, a division of Full Source, LLC.
You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. You must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Customer Service. Customized items are not eligible for a refund due to their uniqueness and/or personalization.
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please call us within 30 days so we can promptly resolve the issue. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the original item if applicable.
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply to large orders. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
