It also provides the cleanest lines possible because it is not like traditional "printing." Vinyl cad cut heat press is an extremely accurate cut out of your text from a sheet of special vinyl. This cut out design is then laid and pressed onto any desired fabric, rather than printed. The following four simple steps should help you better understand how the the vinyl cad cut process works, how it saves you money here at Utility Safeguard, and how it yields the highest quality results for your dollar.

• 1. Create it. In this process, your text or logo is typed or loaded onto our graphics program, Abode Illustrator.
• 2. Cut it. Like you would send a document to the printer, we send your text or logo design to our plotter, or cutter.
• 3. Weed it. In this process, the unwanted vinyl is removed from around the desired text cut out, revealing your new custom design.
• 4. Heat it. Your text or logo cut out is then "heat pressed" onto your new custom safety vest.
